Aftertreatment

Aftertreatment is used for removing remained pollutants within fiber staples from the upstream spinning machine such as sulphuric acid, sodium sulphate, zinc sulphate, carbon bisulphide, residual xanthate and so on. Simultaneously, it is assured to let the fibers reach a certain grade of whiteness and posses certain spinning characteristics.
T11 aftertreatment is designed after combining the advantages of Lenzing model and Maurer model, which contains recovery trough, aftertreatment and wet opener. Each section could be supplied individually as per customer request. T11 aftertreatment’s recovery trough and wet opener have two models, one is as per Maurer model, and the other is the reference of Lenzing model. For the joining part of recovery trough and aftertreatment, it could be either fixed water level style or adjustable water level one. The quantity of zone could be determined as per customer request, material to be used is 904L、316L and 304.
