Rough Homogenizer

       The rough homogenizer is the equipment for grinding the viscose from the xanthation machine. The opposing rotational direction, the varying rotational speed, as well as the laterally reversed arrangement of the toothing (saw tooth profile), guarantee an optimum homogenizering of the xanthate magma, further ensure the viscose contains virtually no particles larger than the gap between the two shredding rollers.
       The rough homogenizer contains two rollers rotating in opposite directions, each of them consists of 38 discs with cutting teeth which are interlocked on the circumference. Rollers’ speed is adjustable and the twin roller design can reduce the discharge time of the xanthation machine, thereby raising the production capacity per machine. Apart from that, only the proper design of the shape and material of cutting discs ensures the safe and efficient operation for a longer period of time.
